Liquidity planning - SAP-integrated, prompt, purposeful!
The Kurtz Ersa Group pursues a clear strategy. Its vision is: “Our technology lead optimises our customers’ manufacturing processes” – and according to this motto, all administrative processes are also to be technological leaders and efficient. Wherever possible and sensible, they are therefore portrayed in the SAP ERP system.
At Kurtz Ersa, the classical modules such as Sales (SD), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) or Finances/Controlling (FI/CO) are exceeded – even processes not contained in the core system are included, e.g. liquidity planning. It is produced as a routine in a 13-week rhythm on the basis of income and expenditure.
The LtcIcash tool from Litreca, which has been completely integrated into SAP, accesses all the data available in SAP and transfers them to a planning tool. The liquidity planning has a precision of ±10% and can be produced within two hours on a Monday morning – ideal preconditions for a purposeful and interest-optimised finance planning.
In this way, Kurtz Ersa also sets standards in this area and acts as a benchmark. At this year’s “Structured Finance”, the leading congress for modern corporate financing and structured financial products, Kurtz Ersa CFO Thomas Mühleck presented the much-noticed concept on liquidity planning in Karlsruhe on November 12/13, 2014.
