Kurtz Ersa is among “Germany´s best educators”
For the third time this year, the business magazine Capital honored the best training companies in Germany. With five out of five stars in both the “Training” and the “Dual Studies” categories, Kurtz Ersa once again impressed all along the line. Challenges such as the decline in the number of applicants on the training market and a large number of vacancies for skilled workers illustrate the increasing need for strong in-company training to secure skilled workers in the long term.
Kurtz Ersa, a company with a long tradition, has for years been particularly committed to providing optimum conditions for vocational training and for the qualification of its trainees and skilled workers. A training quota of ten per cent, hiring after successful completion of training, the early transfer of responsibility and the promotion of long-term development opportunities are just some of the measures that speak in favour of the Kurtz Ersa training concept. “The recognition in the form of the renewed award of Kurtz Ersa by Capital strengthens and motivates us to continue to invest in in-company training and the securing of skilled workers,” says Director Corporate Human Resources Verena Bartschat.
